Introducing The Team

Every member of our team is committed to delivering the best possible solutions for your bookkeeping needs. We’re also supported by two experienced contract bookkeepers who lend a hand whenever needed, ensuring we’re always ready to assist you with confidence and care.

Nick Cardenas

Owner

Nick is the director of Chilli BC. He prides himself on being approachable and developing strong working relationships with clients. Nick enjoys helping clients with their bookkeeping and accounting needs and also sets processes in place and ensures clients have a handle of their accounts so they can grow and improving their financial well being. He is a graduate of RMIT University, an experienced bookkeeper, a registered Tax Agent, an authorised Financial Planner, and CPA qualified. Nick is also Xero certified and a silver partner as well as Myob and Quickbooks partner. Nick is fluent in Spanish and spends his personal time with his lovely wife and playing tennis, soccer, reading, travelling and dining out

Vicki Sotiriadis

Bookkeeper

Vicki is a fully certified BAS agent/Bookkeeper who manages all client’s aspects of bookkeeping.Vicki believes that good bookkeeping includes above and beyond the standard processes to “think” more about each stage and ask the questions ‘can we do this better’, using current technology to be as efficient as possible.

Vicki has a Certificate IV Bookkeeping and is a Member in Practice with The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She accomplished her BAS Agent Registration in 2016.

In her spare time she tries to keep up with her two jet-setting daughters, loves cooking, dancing, listening to bands and spending time with her family.

Christina Lai Min

Accountant/Bookkeeper

Christina completed her Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at RMIT University in 2017.

She has three years of experience as an Accountant and holds an Associate (ASA) membership.

Christina enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her free time and enjoys travelling overseas.

Christina speaks French fluently.

Penny Evans

Bookkeeper

Penny has worked in the accounting industry for over 30 years starting out as a receptionist then moving on to preparing tax returns and doing bookkeeping for all types of industries. She is particularly proficient in Xero and MYOB.

She has 2 children, Bailey and Madison, who keep her on her toes. She loves holidaying anywhere tropical so she can snorkel and swim the days away and relax with a good book.

Family and friends are of importance so every day is a good day.
